Register for SS12 CSUN

Welcome to the registration page. Participants may register using the form below. Please note: due to space limitations, registration will be capped at 72 participants.

Participants are those who will be donating their time to work on software projects over the weekend. Participants will be assigned to a team and will receive all the perks of being an SS12 participant, including:

  • Free meals, snacks, and beverages for an entire weekend!
  • Prizes: 1000$ in cash as well as exciting prizes for the participating teams throughout the weekend!
  • Top winning team from CSUN will also be invited to do a poster presentation at the CSUN Conference, which includes transportation to San Diego and free hotel stay.

Participant registration officially closes TBD date.

By registering as a participant, you are registering for the following SS12 events:

  • SS12 Orientation - TBD
  • SS12 Coding Day 1 - TBD
  • SS12 Coding Day 2 - TBD
  • CSUN SS12 Final - TBD

If you are not able to attend SS12 in full, indicate the times you will be available to participate in the "Other Information" area below.

Disclaimers:
We cannot guarentee partication for all registrants. Though we would love to accommodate everyone, we are limited in the amount of space, food, and prizes. Additionally, because projects and individual skillsets vary, we cannot guarentee that we will be able to match everyone with a project/team.

Also currently some of the prize funding for this event is provided by student groups at CSUN and can only be distributed to CSUN students. If you are not a CSUN student, you are welcome to participate but you may not be able to recieve prizes.
